Excelent Info Kim. I eat the PB for breakfast either on a banana or toasted grain bread. When should I eat the egg? I like the way you also include the product name and sources. Great article!

Very nice information Kim. I sleep with my thermostat at 62. That works well. Nobody calls so my phone is fine. I've tried to eat a few more boiled eggs occasionally to hold my weight down. Without trying I'm following a lot of these tips. PB&J will always make us feel better. God bless you Kim dear!
