Enjoyed the information and the hub. concise and helpful.
Very well written Hub, cuts out all the confusing data, and clearly gives you what you need to make your own decision. I 'm trying to learn to write more percisely and to the point. Thank you for your research and sharing. 10 Hugs
Excelent Info Kim. I eat the PB for breakfast either on a banana or toasted grain bread. When should I eat the egg? I like the way you also include the product name and sources. Great article!
Very nice information Kim. I sleep with my thermostat at 62. That works well. Nobody calls so my phone is fine. I've tried to eat a few more boiled eggs occasionally to hold my weight down. Without trying I'm following a lot of these tips. PB&J will always make us feel better. God bless you Kim dear!
